Dexter Moscow -
 Audience Dynamics
Dexter presents his 7 Keys to P.E.R.F.E.C.T. Communication workshop for ESCP Europe Alumni at the school’s London campus.

As a TV personality and MD of Audience Dynamics Dexter Moscow has specialised in coaching people to achieve communication excellence and conducts ‘influencing excellence’ and ‘master influencing excellence’ seminars. These interactive workshops focus on 'Sales' Skills in all aspects of that term and 'How to sell to an invisible audience' (both internal and external to the organisation) using a unique system "The 7 keys to P.E.R.F.E.C.T. communication", a process to win more business. Participants at his workshops are empowered to persuade, engage and develop instant rapport with a diverse audience resulting in effective communication, more sales and greater brand recognition. This can be where they are at the front of the room, in business pitching situations and where they need to have more power and impact in their delivery. One of my key skills is developing the content as well as coaching the delivery.
“My primary focus is working with executives and sales teams who are frustrated about not achieving their sales targets or whose communication and presenting skills need enhancement. Also they are worried that their business pitches aren’t winning them enough business, are anxious that the cost of mounting these bids is damaging their cash flow or they are aggravated that they keep being pipped at the post by their competitors.”

In today’s world of instant gratification, if we haven’t piqued our audience’s interest in the first 30 seconds we’ve lost them.  Ask anyone who’s conducted board, committee, or team meetings or pitched for new business.”
