Julie run the workshop“Manage your career efficiently” at the school's London Campus in February 2014.

Julie is the founder of Personal Equity® Ltd, a niche executive coaching agency specialised in technical profiles of the financial sector. Her proprietary methodology PERSONAL ALPHA™ is a leadership booster for Front Office Executives in technical roles (Traders, Structurers, Quants, Portfolio Managers, Sales...). Individually or in groups, the methodology helps technical achievers to become agile “corporate athletes" and potentially tomorrow's business leaders.
As a coach-consultant (CPCC - ORSC), she works with HR departments and operational leaders to improve the individual and collective performance in a context of permanent change. Her interventions consist in designing and delivering bespoke Leadership Development programs that sustainably leave a climate of trust, collaboration and a sense of responsibility among teams. Julie also works with individuals on their career management.

Julie is an ESCP Europe alumni (EAP Madrid MIM 2002) who brings a broad experience of multicultural and multifunctional backgrounds as well as a deep understanding of the dynamics of corporate life. Before she became a certified professional coach, Julie worked in large investment banks: HSBC and Natixis in Paris, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale in London. She was an FCA-registered institutional sales, covering key accounts on their structured products investments. This customer-focus background informs much of her work, as well as her naturally high-energy.
Julie is a French expatriate in London. She previously lived in Madrid and New-York. She speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.

Olivia is the founder of Ricoachet Ltd. Early 2011 she decided to train as a coach with the Coaching Academy and now holds a Personal Performance Coaching diploma. She is also an ANLP accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. She came to coaching to reconcile her passion for people development with her business experience of where, when and how coaching could support someone individually or within an organisation.
What she enjoys most about coaching is seeing her clients become suddenly aware of their own resources, allowing people to take control again, the opportunity to learn something new every day and confront what she has learnt with reality. “Since being a coach I have aligned for the 1st time who I am with  who I want to be, I’m wishing all my clients to experience this feeling”.

She started her career in 2000 as a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger in Paris and moved to London in 2002. She then joined Virgin Atlantic where she held Project Manager roles in Sales & Distribution and Airport Operations. After 6 years at Virgin she joined another travel related company, Travelport, where she led various strategy assignments till the end of 2010. In these roles, Olivia developed a strong sense of managing multiple stakeholders at a global scale, building a vision together with motivating people to achieve a common goal.

Facilitator of AVARAP career-change workshops

Sophie ran the workshop "Consumer-centricity for entrepreneurs" in May 2012 at the school's London Campus. She also will be the facilitator of the next Avarap UK career-change workshops starting in January 2013.

 
Sophie has 20 years experience in Marketing, Strategy and Research with board level roles at some of the world’s best‐known companies including TalkTalk , British Airways, Sarah Lee, Danone, Yves Saint Laurent,  Elizabeth Arden and Altadis ( La Seita ).
She has gained valuable exposure to numerous sectors and customer segments and has developed strong expertise in customer centricity.
As a result, in 2010, Sophie set up her own consultancy business. She helps clients to put customers at the heart of their business to drive long-term growth and profit, by offering consultancy, mentoring, workshops and lecturing.
Sophie is also a start-up business mentor volunteer at the Prince's Trust Charity, an experienced business and marketing lecturer and a guest-speaker at top business schools and entrepreneur associations.
Her clients value her professional, flexible and result-driven approach. Sophie works either in French or English.

Loretta received extremely good feedback from alumni who attended her workshop at Salice Terme in autumn 2011 and at Torino on 12th May 2012.
Loretta has been working as a freelance education and coaching specialist since 2000. Before working for herself, she had already gained 25 years’ experience in this area, from Education and Marketing Manager roles in various international companies.

She started with a technical education, graduating in Nuclear Physics in 1977. She then went on to study and work in marketing, organization and communication in different schools and consultancy companies around the world. She now lectures on Relationship Management at the Swiss University, SUPSI, in Lugano-Manno, and gives consultancy services for companies and individuals in Italy; she makes use of NLP and other communication techniques in her seminars, bringing in her interest in neuroscience, yoga philosophy, breathing techniques.
She even has a certificate in Laughter Yoga, a useful technique that can be used in her seminars and workshops for different purposes, as it gives deep benefits for health, at the physical, mental, relational and emotional level.
She is fluent in Italian, French and English and has often run courses abroad. She also regularly represented Italy at international meetings, during her time as Education Manager in Honeywell, and, after some years, when she became  Marketing Manager for South Europe for Mettler-Toledo. She was Master Trainer in a consultancy company, before deciding to work on her own in 2000.
She is based in Milan and her hobbies include yoga and meditation, music and writing.

Laurent was the facilitator of the first series of AVARAP UK career-change workshops held in 2010 at the school's London campus.

Laurent Brouat is a consultant for Link Humans where he trains and gives companies advice on how to use social media in their recruitment strategy (careers page, Linkedin pages, Facebook careers pages).

Laurent gives lectures frequently at Regent's college (London) and at Reims Management School where he teaches HR and Social Networks. He wrote numerous case studies and he regularly writes reviews for the website recrutementmediassociaux.com.

Laure worked for 12 years as a corporation tax consultant first with PwC and the Ernst and Young where she lead cross functional projects for FTSE100 clients. She contributed and benefited from the development of a coaching-based talent development strategy at Ernst & Young before deciding to qualify as an executive coach in 2006. She now coaches senior managers, business leaders and entrepreneurs on business and career development in the UK, Ireland and France in both English and French.
Laure particularly enjoys enabling executives to articulate and implement strategies to further their professional success. Her coaching style is results driven and challenging. Clients value her ability to understand their professional agenda and challenges in a variety of business contexts, to provoke thought and to enable the exploration of a wide range of options.
In addition to being a qualified coach, Laure holds a business degree from HEC and a Masters of Law from the University of London. She also is a UK-qualified chartered accountant (ACA).

Enguerran Loos is the founder of InnerSquare, a selective placement programme for early-career professionals seeking to move into a top tier management consultancy.
Prior to founding InnerSquare, Enguerran was a Manager with McKinsey’s Boston office. At McKinsey he played a key role in the recruitment and professional development of associate-level consultants. He led the firm’s recruitment programme at MIT Sloan and interviewed more than 300 candidates from top-tier universities. He conducted performance reviews of over 50 consultants.
Enguerran is a MBA graduate from Columbia Business School with a post-graduate degree from ESCP Europe.

Laura Raznick is the Careers Coach for students at ESCP Europe’s London campus.  She began her career at the BBC as a recruitment consultant, followed by stints at GSK, Royal Bank of Scotland and BNP Paribas (as Global Campus Manager), before setting up her own company GradCoach, among whose clients was ESCP Europe.
